Every Piece Begins with the Fabric
This is the part we probably take too seriously. But we can’t help it.
Before any sketch happens, before anyone talks about necklines or hemlines, we’re holding fabric. Feeling how it falls. How it breathes. Whether it has the right weight for what we’re imagining. We source from Pakistan’s best fabric markets — and from abroad when a piece genuinely calls for it and nowhere local does it better.
Most brands start with a trend. We start with a material that makes us think: this would feel incredible to wear. Everything else follows from there.

Once we have a fabric we love, we ask what it wants to become. A soft chiffon almost always tells you it wants to be a maxi or a kaftan. A breathable cotton says co-ord or tunic. We listen to that.
From there, every detail gets thought about — not just “does it photograph well” but will you actually reach for this again? Will it work for lunch and then a family dinner without missing a beat? Is it modest without making you feel weighed down?
Then comes the tailoring. Patterns, cutting, stitching, fitting, correcting. We treat each piece like it is going to one specific person — because it is.

Before anything leaves our hands, someone looks at it again. Stitching. Fall. Finish. Feel.
We know you can’t try it on before it arrives. That means we have to be sure. So we are.
