Everything you need to know about getting your order and what to do if something is not right.

Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan via Postex. Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you can expect it to arrive within 2–4 working days.

You will receive a tracking reference as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow it from our end to yours.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier scheduling, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is taking longer than expected, get in touch and we will look into it for you.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched — just contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched with Postex, it cannot be cancelled. You are still welcome to request a return or exchange after delivery — see below.

Return Policy

Our policy covers two distinct paths depending on the item:

  • Returns — accepted for defective items only (refund or replacement)
  • Exchanges — accepted for non-defective items with size issues only

Both paths share the same window and conditions, detailed below.

  • Window: 8 days from delivery — contact us within 4 days of receiving your order, then ship the item back within 4 days of our acknowledgement.
  • Restocking fees: None.
  • Method: By mail. You arrange the return courier of your choice.
  • Return shipping cost: Customer’s responsibility for non-defective exchanges. We reimburse return shipping for items that arrived damaged or defective.
  • Refund processing time: 14 days from when we receive the returned item.

What you receive based on the reason:

  • Defective items — full refund of the amount paid, or a replacement of the same item, at your choice. Defective means a manufacturing defect or damage that was present when the item arrived.
  • Non-defective items (size issue only) — exchange for a different size of the same item. We do not issue refunds for non-defective returns.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on a limited basis. Please read this section carefully before reaching out.

Valid reasons for exchange

We will only process an exchange in the following situations:

  • Size issue — the size you received does not fit as expected
  • Item is torn or damaged — a manufacturing defect or damage that was present when the item arrived

What we do not accept

  • Colour difference — colours on screen can vary due to professional photography lighting and individual device display settings. This is not accepted as a reason for exchange.
  • Change of mind — if you simply no longer want the item, we are unable to process an exchange.
  • Cross-season swaps — summer items can only be exchanged for summer items, and winter items for winter items. We do not accept exchanges across seasons.

The item must be completely intact

Regardless of the reason, the item being returned must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from perfume, stains, or any damage not present at the time of delivery

Sale-price purchases

If your item was purchased during a sale or promotional period and that price is no longer active at the time of your exchange, the exchange is still processed as a one-for-one swap of the same item in a different size — you do not need to pay the difference between your sale price and the current live price shown on our website. Likewise, if the item’s price has since dropped below what you paid, the difference is not refunded.

For defective items, the refund or replacement is based on the amount you originally paid, regardless of any price changes since.

How to request an exchange

  1. Contact us within 4 days of receiving your order with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and a clear photo of the item.
  2. We will review your request and send you an acknowledgement if it is approved.
  3. Once acknowledged, you have 4 days to ship the item back to us using a courier of your choice. If the exchange is due to a size issue, return shipping is at your expense. If the item arrived damaged or defective due to a fault on our end, we will reimburse your return courier cost upon receipt.
  4. Share your tracking number with us via our WhatsApp or contact form — we will follow up with you over email from there.

Please note: For size issues, we offer an exchange. If the item arrived damaged or defective due to a fault on our end, we will issue a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
