By using the Elrare website and placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before purchasing. If you have any questions, get in touch before completing your order.
1. About Elrare
Elrare is a Pakistani women’s ready-to-wear brand selling maxis, tops, co-ord sets, kaftans, and lounge wear through our WooCommerce store at elrare.com. All products are designed and finished in-house in Pakistan.
2. Products and Availability
We do our best to keep product listings accurate and up to date. However, items may occasionally be out of stock or unavailable after your order is placed. If this happens, we will contact you promptly to offer an exchange or cancel your order at no charge.
Product colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device display. We describe our fabrics and silhouettes as accurately as possible to help you choose with confidence.
Elrare sells ready-to-wear (pret) only. We do not offer stitched-to-order or unstitched fabric.
3. Pricing
All prices listed on elrare.com are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes where relevant. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order placement is the price you pay.
4. Placing an Order
By placing an order on elrare.com, you confirm that:
- The information you provide (name, address, phone number) is accurate and complete
- You are authorised to use the payment method you have selected
- You are purchasing for personal, non-commercial use
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if we suspect fraud, if a pricing error has occurred, or if an item becomes unavailable. We will notify you and issue a full refund where payment has already been made.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery (COD) — payment collected by Postex at the time of delivery
- Bank transfer — transfer to our designated account; order is processed once payment is confirmed
- Easypaisa — mobile wallet transfer
- JazzCash — mobile wallet transfer
For bank transfers and mobile wallet payments, please send your payment confirmation reference to us via the contact page or the contact details provided at checkout. Orders are not dispatched until payment is confirmed.
6. Delivery
We deliver nationwide via Postex. Estimated delivery time is 2–4 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference.
Elrare is not responsible for delays caused by the courier after dispatch, but we will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues on your behalf.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may still request an exchange after delivery — see Section 8.
8. Exchanges
We accept exchanges on a limited basis. Valid reasons are a size issue or an item that arrived torn or damaged. We do not accept exchanges for colour differences, change of mind, or cross-season swaps (summer items for winter items or vice versa).
To be eligible, the item must be completely intact — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, in original packaging with all tags attached, and free from perfume, stains, or damage.
To request an exchange, contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. Once we acknowledge your request, you have 4 days to ship the item back to us using a courier of your choice, at your expense. Share the tracking number with us via WhatsApp or the contact form and we will follow up over email.
If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or damage on our end, we will reimburse your return courier cost. Full details are on our Shipping & Exchanges page.
Please note: We offer exchanges only — no cash refunds.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no cost to you.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on elrare.com — including product images, text, design, and branding — is owned by Elrare and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Elrare’s liability is limited to the value of the products you have purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
